Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Gisela Vecchi. At Gisela Vecchi, we take pride in our meticulous attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship. We take pride in providing high-quality products and services to our valued customers. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

14-Days Return Policy:

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note, swimwear is only refundable as long as the hygiene label/sticker is still intact.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our return team at info@giselavecchi.com to initiate the return process.

  2. Return Authorisation: Once your return request is approved, we will then email you the address to send your returns to.

  3. Package the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, and send it to us to our returns address we will have provided you via email.

  4. Return Shipping: Please note, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product/s. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

And once your return is approved, your refund will then be processed onto the original payment method and you should recieve your money within 15 working days, depending on your bank/card provider.

Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Swimwear with hygiene labels/stickers missing/removed. 
  • Used products

Damaged or defective items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@giselavecchi.com with details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly.
